Nick came home to study the other day
and was given support by his buddy here.
I am trying to experiment with photoshop,
(my attempt above)
but it just does not come easily to me...
can't quite get the layering concept.
Now on the flip side -
we gave Nick photoshop for Christmas
and he took to it
like a duck to water...
and made all of these in one sitting.
Oh I do not like being old -
I want one of those young minds -
where can I get one?
Pam! You are so getting there. You've already way impressed me with how you've figured out how to blog and all the photoshop you HAVE already done! And anyway, I think some people photoshop too much- it's like they rely on the ability to mess with the pictures too much. It's way better to take a better photo! Sometimes less is more you know? Anyway. Be encouraged. I think you're doing a great job!
ReplyDeleteI have Photoshop on my computer, but have never used it. I keep meaning to investigate the possibilities, but the truth is, I like to challenge myself to simply take an interesting picture. Natural lighting, cropping in the viewfinder as I look at the image, you know, what everyone did before the dawn of Photoshop. I do agree with Kimberly, the enhancements are a tad over-used.
ReplyDeleteAnd now for the disclaimer: should I break down and peek in Photoshop and find I love it, the above paragraph is null and void. :)
p.s. LOVE your cat!!
Wow, these are super cool!
ReplyDeletePlus, I love the photos you took below of the early signs of spring bursting forth -- those I needed to see! Hope springs eternal!
