got to doodle while on vacation
and just enjoy doing art without overthinking...
I started these corgi and crow obsessions at my dad's
and then got to overwork them
sitting at this beautiful spot with the sun and water
and breeze - and the much needed daily iced latte.
I will try to finish them this week.
how about you -
getting any doodling done this summer?
Oh my gosh your doodles are wonderful! You know I love the corgi. :) What a nice place at your dads to relax and draw. I've started the Sketch Project but I've been doodling some banners for my shops and such. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteSo dreamy! Love them! love them!
ReplyDeleteahh--a perfect afternoon, and I'm always loving your art!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to spend an afternoon.....love your sketches and love the colors you chose......
ReplyDeletePam - I love your blog! And as with all that you did in Plaster Studio - I love your work. I spent many summer days at Balboa Island - I was raised in Tustin and Costa Mesa and we had friends on Balboa Island. That was THE place to go and buy your bathing suit each year!! Looking forward to seeing you and the rest of the gang on the 6th!
