I've been published!

It has been an interesting two week vacation...

highs and lows...

definitely not feeling up to going back to work tomorrow

(how is my body going to wake up in the dark?)

except that I can't wait to see the kids...

definitely need to see their cute faces and

hear about their Christmas adventures.

But I am still not entirely well...

would you believe I am in week #7 of feeling sick,

but who's counting?...

done all the tests and I am just fine...

Will someone please tell my body this?

I was in bed quite a lot of the time

while my son and his wife were here over Christmas...

not fair I say...

I miss them.

But I did have an exciting thing happen!

I was published in this wonderful magazine -

on newsstands now...

The issue was centered around the color 'aubergine'...

or eggplant or purple...

and look in the upper right corner...

there you see my bird painting!
